HDHD Conference Attendee Agreement
Effective Date: April 19, 2025
By registering for and attending the HDHD Conference ("Conference"), you ("Attendee") agree to the following terms and conditions set forth by High Desert Human Design ("HDHD").
1. Photography, Videography, and Audio Recording
The Conference may be documented through photographs, video, and audio recordings by HDHD and/or its authorized representatives. These recordings may be used for promotional, educational, archival, and commercial purposes in any media, worldwide and in perpetuity, without compensation to you.
By attending the Conference, you consent to the use of your likeness, image, voice, and/or statements in such recordings. If you are uncomfortable being recorded, you may notify HDHD via email or at the registration desk. While we will make reasonable efforts to honor such requests, complete exclusion from all recordings cannot be guaranteed.
2. Conduct and Community Values
Attendees agree to treat all individuals with respect, compassion, and courtesy. Harassment, discrimination, disruptive behavior, or any form of abusive conduct toward others will not be tolerated and may result in immediate removal from the event without refund.
Attendees agree to uphold and embody the Principles of High Desert Human Design during their participation in the Conference.
3. Health, Safety, and Personal Responsibility
You are solely responsible for your personal health and safety during the event. Please take care of your physical, emotional, and psychological well-being and alert staff if you need support. Participation in any workshops or activities is voluntary and undertaken at your own risk.
You agree to comply with any safety or health protocols communicated by HDHD staff or the venue.
4. Liability Waiver
By attending the Conference, you waive and release HDHD, its organizers, affiliates, volunteers, and venue partners from any liability for personal injury, property loss or damage, illness, or any other harm that may occur during or as a result of your participation in the event.
5. Recordings
You are welcome to record, livestream, or broadcast portions of the Conference, except in sessions where facilitators have requested no recording—such as workshops where privacy and openness are essential. We kindly ask that you do not share recordings created by High Desert Human Design or other participants without prior permission. If you wish to distribute a recording you did not create, you may request authorization, which will generally be granted.
6. Admission and Removal Policy
HDHD reserves the right to deny admission to or remove any individual whose behavior is deemed unsafe, disruptive, or inconsistent with the spirit and values of the event. No refund will be issued in such cases.
7. Agreement to Terms
By registering for and attending the HDHD Conference, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the terms outlined in this Agreement.
