Registration and welcome. Greeting arrivals, handing out badges, orienting first-timers.

Room and session support. Time-keeping for facilitators, mic pass, water, letting people move in and out quietly.

Streaming and tech. Livestream, camera, audio, Zoom chat host.

Soft Space. Holding a quiet room with steady presence.

Hospitality. Refreshment refresh, accessibility support.

Setup and breakdown. Wednesday Support, Sunday cleaning.
